Part 1 Ardyss International Men Transacting Business In A Woman’s Company
Ardyss International is a company that produces and markets women and men body shapers, as well as nutritional, skin care, and personal care products. This is one of the fastest growing MLM corps in the US. The products are sold through distributors. The company’s main product is called the “Ardyss Body magic” this body shaper will reduce you 2-3 sizes in 10 minutes.
When you first glance at the company it appears to be a business dominated by women. It is of course a product based company that appeals to women. A closer look at the structure of the company however reveals something totally different. There are many men in this company. Some are doing the business solo and some are working with wives and or girlfriends to make this business one of the most dynamic companies to hit the states in years.
One of the men that is working this opportunity is T Gerard Powell of Chicago Illinois. We got a chance to sit with him and talk with him about what he thought about the business and how he got started in the Ardyss.
Question So T. Gerard tell us how you got started in Ardyss.
Answer: I was introduced to the company by my girlfriend. Well basically she asked me to come with her and listen to a presentation about a business opportunity. I told her no problem and that is how I learned of Ardyss.
Question: Well did you sign up that day? Tell us what you thought?
Answer: Well the thing that I was most impressed with was how the women were so positively affected when they put on the product. I mean I have been in business for over 20 years, the financial services industry and I never had anyone that happy about a product I sold them. So I said to myself how hard is it to sell someone something that they love so much. For me it was a no brainer I said to my girlfriend, “join and join quick this company is onto something”.
Question: How do women react to you when they find out you are a distributor?
Answer: I have a few women that say” hey what is a man doing selling body shapers”, but for the most part women find it easier to talk with a man about their bodies. I guess since I’m not dating them I’m not a threat. I also find that most women don’t want there friends to know what they are doing to look so good.
Question: Are there many men in the business?
Answer: Actually there are quite a few men in the business some of the most successful people are men. Also men are partners with there wives and girlfriends. The first successful distributor I met was a man. The other thing is the company has mens products the Abdomen shirt is a body shaper for men.
