Dr. Narayana Kocherlakota was named president and chief executive officer of the ninth district Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. O.B. Grayson Hall Jr. was named president and chief operating officer of Regions Financial Corp., a press release said. IBERIABANK Corp. named James B. Gburek executive vice president and chief risk officer, according to an announcement.
