Taylor Bean Servicing Settled

Two weeks before Taylor, Bean and Whitaker Mortgage Corp. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Wells Fargo Bank terminated Taylor Bean as primary servicer on several securitizations, Moody’s Investors Service said in a newsletter. Wells Fargo is the master servicer on six TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust issuances from 2006 and 2007. The servicing has finally been transferred to American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. The transfer was accomplished through multiple court proceedings.
