Mortgage Employers Sued

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced a lawsuit against Tamayo Financial Services Inc. Tamayo is accused of regularly subjecting female employees to obscene remarks and sexual advances. Another employment lawsuit was filed against Legacy Group Lending Inc. by a fired executive. Legacy allegedly terminated him in order to avoid paying him his share of his office’s profits.
