Firm Touts 560 FICOs on FHA Loans

Expert Financing’s parent announced "it now offers Ginnie Mae backed FHA loans." The company said it can make "FHA loans to clients with a FICO score as low as 560 direct to Ginnie Mae." But Expert explained that getting an FHA loan with a credit score "is extremely tough."
