If you are a mortgage advisor at the moment times are tough – the mortgage products available are very restrictive which means finding a lender to fit your borrower can be very difficult. This does present a major problem as the lack of lenders means your revenue is reduced, however if you have paid for leads and then you cannot find a mortgage company to advance you have also wasted your marketing budget.
